This is my go-to bourbon. Easy to drink, great flavors, nice finish. I like to drink my bourbons neat, no ice, and Wild Turkey 101is the bourbon that fits that 100 %.

WT101 is just a solid, reliable bourbon. I love this in cocktails because at 101 proof it holds it's own. It's a really good bourbon that is easy to find and priced great. While not having the depth of flavor as Rare Breed or Kentucky Spirit, it is still a nice bourbon to sip neat - but it truly shines in cocktails. I will always have one on my shelf!

I first tried Austin Nichols Wild Turkey in the winter of 1981. Bourbon wasn't the most popular liquor at that time but I thought it had a flavor that I really enjoyed. I have pretty much had a bottle of Wild Turkey 101 at the ready since that day. Whether drinking it neat, over ice, with a little water or mixed with lime soda or ginger ale, it still has that flavor that I grew to love for 44 years. I share my passion with anyone who wants to try it. I've converted many people with one sip. In 2009, I had the honor of meeting Jimmy Russell on a tour of the distillery. I was able to thank him for many years of enjoyment.

I have been around WT 101 all my life and it is a timeless, terrific classic bourbon. It is a great sip, perfect with a Sundrop (diet or high test) or in a cocktail. It was my choice for my 60th birthday at the hunting lodge and hope to enjoy it for many years ahead. Thanks for sharing this great bourbon.
