Honestly, it hasn't been used yet. It was purchased as part of a birthday gift and won't be unwrapped for a week. It looks good though. Seems to be a quality product.

A Necessary Tool for Cake Decorators
Bought for my granddaughter who is getting into cake decorating. Angled spatulas work best when crumb coating and frosting to keep the handle out of the way.

Small Size
It's just ok. Wish I would have bought a larger size. One of those items you need to see in person unless you're a professional or experienced baker.

Don't be size fooled.
I guess it's my mistake, but reading the description, I thought it was a 9" blade. the entire spatula is 9". So the knife part is too short for what I need it for.
