Excellent buy
I already had one Wilton cookie sheet of this size but wanted to replace older, smaller cookie sheets which were not non-stick. So when I found these online, I purchased two. They are very nice, as expected. I, however, always either use parchment paper for lower temperatures or aluminum foil on them so there is no cleanup. Just wipe down when cool and store them away!

Everybody needs these cookie sheets
Just love the 2 cookie sheets I bought. Used them tonight one for cheesey French fries and the other for fish fillets. Absolutely no sticking. Of course I HAD (ha ha) buy a proper spatula that is only to be used for these sheets and the square fry pan I purchased. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Good Cookie Pan
I bought a second one of these pans so I could switch out when I bake cookies. They are nice and heavy and keep my cookies from running. They are dark so you have to adjust your time a bit.
