This spatula is like a wonderful food shovel and works really well with big griddles. Though it's not metal, the edges are sharp enough for cutting if necessary. So far, the pancakes were easy to flip as was the French toast I made. Looking forward to many years of use. I bought another large spatula at the same time to compare, and I've chosen this one every time after trying the other one once.
I really Love it.
It scooped out a casserole without breaking it in pieces. Also small meatballs on a cookie sheet. Makes work easier.
I sheet pan roast sliced vegetables all the time. Took forever to get them all on a couple of plates and often on the floor! I LOVE this spatula. Holds alot and no more floor feeding.
Finally, after 45 years, I finally found the perfect wide spatula for my omelettes and pancakes!!
I really LOVE this spatula. You can clear your cookie sheet of cookies in no time due to its wideness and ability to scoop several at one time. It is also gentle on my coated baking sheets and the perfect duo!
Love the large size. Perfect for my needs. Wish list- a round one. One small thing, it is not a soft rubber. May scratch non stick pans.
This spatula appears to be very well-made, but it actually was way too big for what I wanted do use it for, which was omelettes. It isn't flexible, so you can't move it around the side of the pan to tilt your omelette while it is cooking, either. Still, if big is what you want, then you'll definitely get it!
Its nice and wide the end os plastic so it wont scratch your pans but not really thin to slide under the cookies to well. Have not Been able to use it yet been to hit out to bake
It is absolutely worthless throw it away in the trash can after using it the first time
