my installer Kyle very knowledgeable of his work he knew what he was doing he was very nice sociable friendly and a gentleman and if I need any other kind of work done I wish she would come in and install again for me that's how nice and knowledgeable this gentleman was.

Ordered a curtain traverse rod %26 was offered professional installation with the purchase. We chose that option %26 later in the week we received a communication from "Angi" asking for confirmation on an appointment for installation the day after the purchased rod was to be delivered, chose to accept the appointment time for 1-1:30 p.m. The day came %26 by mid-afternoon no installer showed up or contacted us. We contacted "Angi" %26 inquired about the appointment not being met and was told that job had been moved off %26 we had not been informed at all. Was very upset %26 conveyed that to the C.S.R. %26 after some back %26 forth we rescheduled the appointment for mid-week of the following week. Yep, your hunch was right another No-Show. Again contacted "Angi" %26 inquired what the problem was now. No really good answer just double talk. Demanded a total refund %26 settled on that. Wouldn't recommend this company at all. It's a total shame Walmart associates with this company much less allow them to offer services to their valued customers. Overall this experience tainted my opinion of Walmart %26 the services they supposedly provide. Lesson learned.

Not happy at all about this installer you had sent me. This person show up very late and the work was done in a very messy way. To the extend that I had to return the balcony blinds, which ended up almost falling on my head. I kindly request a refund for that money I got charge for installation.

I love this curtain rod and the man who installed it from Angi's list was very professional, courteous and kind. He also worked as a Carpenter so the curtain rod was installed very precisely. It was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend someone from Angi's list to install or build youritems. I've had a few items completed by them and they've all been done correctly and professionally.

It was the correct curtain rod, The young man was a gentlemen when he came over to install it was worth the price to have a nice person come out and put it up for me he also kindly put the curtains on the rod as well very thankful for the kindness he showed

Poor communication with Angie and getting this service done. I had canceled because the service was scheduled prior to the merchandise delivery date. I was told to reschedule once I received merchandise however, I was not able to reschedule. Very sloppy customer service and support!!!

Don't use Angi's! An installer from there came to the house with no notification - and the rod arrived after he did! Apparently done in that unprofessional way to be able to say he came and the homeowner wasn't there - I spoke to him (from automated doorbell) and told him I would call when I was back and set an appointment. It was set for 10:00 today; he didn't show yet at 10:40, so my husband called him. The repairman said”I don't have to come and hang your rod!” and didn't. Now I have to call Walmart and explain the problem with Angi's man and ask for a refund of the install price.

I was completely caught off guard seeing I had a charge for a service I do not need. And it had been scheduled while I was away from home. I never would have scheduled something I know how to do during a time I am on vacation. Doesn't make sense. I have been promised a refund. Hoping it Comes

Angi scheduled 3 visits and cancelled all 3 visits less than 25 minutes before the scheduled time. They stated they had no pro in my area. A totally waste of time and money. I will hire someone myself.

sturdy, has center support, but the 2 rods are too close togetger, the drape messes up the sheers when I open and close it and the sheers are getting wrinkled from when the drape is closed
