I am so happy i purchased this machine i use it every morning i can see the difference in my body and my breathing while using it at first i would be out of breath now i go slow and breath much better for more reps

This machine is so easy to operate and you certainly will get a great workout on it. I am a 67-year-old a female who thoroughly enjoyed. I started on the first level because I have not done any exercises in quite a while and in a few days I was up to three moving on my way to five. I just love this machine and the price I got it for was extremely worth it.

Not only was it easy to put together but it is also a great workout right out of the box. Glad I bought it.

very hard to keep feet on pedals

So far, so good. I needed help putting it together and that's why the 4 stars. Also I don't know how long it will last or hold up. If the seller asked me to read this again in six months I'll be happy to :-)

My goal is to loose some weight get a nice workout in living in an apartment without alot of space. I personally like that there are 16 different levels and that it is light weight however the seat is not the most comfortable and a water bottle holder would have been nice but not necessary. All over for the price and how quickly i received it im quite happy.

Foot rests are a little too close to the pull cord, you do not need to "reach" forward enough. extremely quiet as advertised stands up out of the way very nicely ease of assembly , no additional tools required
