My dad used to make our own Summer Sausage every winter. This summer sausage is exactly like what my Dad made. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves summer sausage.

There's another Co. called Wisconsin's best, this ain't Them, these guys make a pretty good SUmmer sausage, that other Co.'s is grodey to the max!
The sausage was a little more fatty than last time.
This sausage has a really good taste, but it is very greasy for that reason I only give 3 stars.
