So when you have a strict diet or just learning healthy eating these are great. I love the crunchy and salty taste and even have taken a little zero sugar and a tiny bit of water and shake them together and place in air fryer for a minute and you get sweet. They are fresh and last for quite a while and easy to grab and go also kid friendly. I honestly struggle with buying name brand due to price but the price is fair
