I have been taking this multivitamin for several years and like that there are no side effects. Overall feel good so want to give this vitamin some of the credit! Will keep buying this brand.

It's been 10 days and I feel better already, especially with the brain fog that's been plaguing me. The pills are on the big side if swallowing is an issue for you.

Typical vitamin. Obnoxiously large/hard to swallow. I can't say any vitamins I've ever taken have made me feel like I've done anything different, these are no exception.
