These pills work great for me with a cup of hot coffee. They work fast but are gentle on the 69 year old body. I buy them three bottles at a time to save some money. Been taking them for several years, no complaints here.

Works well with no unwanted laxative effect
Works well for preventing medication-related constipation. They do not have a laxative effect, just make the stool softer and easier to pass. Good price.
