the bike was nice and well put together. had to return unfortunately due to being sent the wrong size.

bike looks amazing great value for the price

first bike this bike is really pretty and cute for little girls. it's a nightmare to put together. the first bike we received was defective so they replaced it. built the second bike today. the directions are beyond horrible and missed a key step so now I have to take part of apart and redo! and it's not easy to adjust. most bikes have an easy adjust seat to accommodate kids growing, this one involves tools to adjust. I hope it holds up well. next time I'm getting something more user friendly.

Bike was the complete flip color as the description and picture showed. Entire red frame and black outlined- white designs. *Minus one star* Instructions was too “amazing” that I had to get youtube help. Instructions were prewritten for a large variety of bikes. Due to following the “amazing” instructions, I do not have the capability to install the reflective lights for the front. Once the bike stem and handle bars are set and tighten, there is no easy way to take it off. There weren't even instructions on how to put on the reflective lights nor parking stick. Self-intuitive was 50% of the instructions. *Minus (half) star* Thankful for at least getting a bike. You get what you pay for.

do not buy! I ordered red got blue. I finally picked it up from my hallway where it was dropped of in December. the box was destroyed but I figured it should be okay. No ! paint is chipped everywhere parts missing but to top it off the fork for the front tire ( frame) was bent and the tire couldn't even fit thru it! what a waste! now I am gonna have to take it back in pieces and try to get a different bike. Thank god that it wasn't able to be put together cause if my 10 yr old took it for a ride I cant imagine what could have happened.

The instructions manual is awful. It truly does not help with getting this bike set up. It took me forever to get the seat on. Some accessories are missing and when the kickstand is down the bike falls the opposite direction 🤦🏾‍♀️

Wrong color sent and parts missing

I got the wrong color and my son has issues and his favorite color is red and now he was disappointed when he got it and it's blue

I need to return this bike for the color I had choose

Save your money and don't buy this bike! It came missing pieces, it said it had training wheels and had one part of them but not the rest, the seat was broken so it wouldn't stay in place, and the instruction manual had multiple errors in it. Awful purchase. We will be returning it today.
