This extension cord is very heavyweight, a good size, and it works well. This extension cord is super thick. The diameter of the cord itself is very large and well insulated, but this also makes it a tad hard to stretch out all the way. This extension cord is 9 feet long, and it has a plug every three feet which is really nice. The outlets are see-through and light up when the extension cord is plugged in so you can easily see when it's on. Each plug has a cover which is nice. All of the plugs are 3 prong plugs and made in such a way so that there isn't strain on the plugs. The extension cord is easy to plug in, and it's easy to plug items into each of the 3 plugs as well. This extension cord is rated for 1875 watts, so it can handle a lot of usage. This extension cord works really well and I like how well thought out the spacing is. It's convenient to have a plug every three feet. All in all, this is a really nice heavy-duty extension cord! This cord is a good length, well insulated, has 3 evenly spaced plugs, it can handle a lot of wattage, it lights up, and it works well. I would absolutely recommend it!

This power cord is thick and tough, very heavy duty. The outlets are also thick plastic with outlet covers and lights up so you can easily see where you are plugging stuff up at. Has 3 outlets spaced 3ft apart for a total of 9ft. Great work workspaces, plug 3 different heavy tools/machinery up and not be crowded together. Also has a 15 year lifespan so you don't have to worry about replacing extension cords every few years.

My original plan was to use the extension cord in my small work room in the winter and use it outside in the summer. I like to build things and often work outside but have to swap cords around all the time. This will be great for both of those applications with the length of the heavy duty cord and the distance between the outlets. But I had a new use for the cord. I have a car off the road in my garage which I needed to keep the battery charged on and I had a riding tractor and golf cart which I like to charge up during the cold months also. The cord was perfect as it lights up at the outlets in my garage with good length. I was delighted. I highly recommend.

I live in an old cabin, the attached workshop only has one outlet so this cord will work well for me. I can run it along with the six-foot workbench and then behind the 3' built-in shelves and it will give me plenty of outlets. The workshop sometimes is a little damp so using this above ground makes it totally safe. It seems to be very well insulated and flexible. My dad would have loved one of these!

We used the Woods Heavy Duty Outdoor Extension Cord outside during the holidays and it was perfect for all the lights. It is 9 feet long and the 3 grounded outlets 3 feet apart allowed us to plug in more lights without having more cords. What I really love is that the outlets light up when in use so if you need to work with them in the dark they can easily be seen. This extension cord will be great for yard work come Spring as I can use it to plus in all of my garden tools and such.

This Woods 3130 Heavy Duty Extension Cord is more than just an EXTENSION CORD. It is 9 feet long and has 2 outlets spaced 3 feet apart with one on the end for a total of 3. I used this for my Christmas decorations which kept me from having to use multiple extension cords for my multiple groupings of displays. I LOVE it when I don't have a dozen extension cords going all over (looking like the garage outlet scene, in Christmas Vacation). Since Christmas I am using it in my shop, to run along my work bench, allowing me to keep multiple devices plugged in at the same time- (table top chop saw, band sander and bandsaw). This cord is rated 14 gauge, 15 AMPS, with 3 prong/ ground connector, on all outlets. There is a CAUTION notice written on the packaging stating "Combined amp load on all the outlets at any one time must not exceed 1875 Watts". I believe my chop saw pulls around 1500-1800 Watts, so I do not use multiple devices at the same time. The manufacturer's website shows it to be rated outdoor, however it is not showing "OUTDOOR" on any of the packaging, so be aware, it may or may not be rated for outdoor use, even though it does have plug caps on each outlet. I really like this concept, even If I needed to plug something else in for a moment, it seemed like there was always an outlet right where I needed it. The outlets themselves are translucent and each light up indicating it is plugged into the power source, which is very handy in the dark or dim light. I highly recommend this "Extension Cord"!!!!!!

I ordered this extension cord and love it. It has 3 polarized plugs that light up when extension cord it plugged into outlet. The three plugs are 3ft apart. It's heavy duty. You can plug 3 different power tools in at same time and the cords won't get tangled like other extension cords. I use it for drill, skil saw, vacuum or light all at same time. I use it daily and am considering buying another one.

This is a unique extension cord because of the way the 3 grounded outlets are located on the cord. They are spaced so that one cord can be used for multiple locations along the length of the cord. This is the perfect cord for many things but I found it very useful for holiday decorations. Another great feature is that there are covers for the unused outlets to prevent rain or snow or anything else from getting into the unused plug. Well designed multi-plug extension cord! The 14 gauge wire is perfectly adequate for most indoor uses, but it's not really heavy enough for large electrical loads (like in a shop). I like to use it when I need to plug several things into the same outlet in the house (small heater, computer, lamp, etc). Nice having the outlets spaced out 3 feet for this type of use. Overall, good extension cord with unique feature of spaced outlets.
