Always liked this product. However, packing of product not so good. Box to big for products shipped, apparently got tossed around and one bottle lost about a cup of liquid

I used this in a HE machine, and so used a very small amount (below the normal load line for a full wash). It still made the clothes smell great. I even threw in some knit socks, and they came out looking like new.

Woolite has been my go-to detergent for my clothes (as well as my daughter's clothes) for years. It's pointless to use anything else on items you want to stay soft and new-looking. You don' have to use very much per load, be sure to use the delicate cycle on cold and if you can add liquid fabric softener, all the better. It is spendy so I REALLY appreciate Jet.com's pricing. This probably will not clean clothes as well as detergent and hot water but if you have fragile clothes like silk you would need to use this with cold water.

I love this product, but I cannot believe how much the price has gone up. I am well aware of inflation and the fact that that prices have gone up on EVERYTHING, but this is a significant increase in the matter of a short time.

The other liquid detergent/softeners that were shipped had the same blue tape around the lid to prevent leakage during shipping. However, if the lid is not secured to the bottle in the first place, that tape does NOT prevent leakage... Yuck! (I still like how Woolite is gentle on my clothing, though. I use it regularly in my HE washer, on the gentle cycle, with very good results.)

The item showed up leaking in the all over the box. The lid was not sealed. I reached out to Walmart the day of delivery letting them know and they never returned my call.

I don't know how or what the seller thought when packing this! The cap had a huge hole and they just put tape on it hoping that it would hold the liquid, it didn't, it got spilled all over my front door and had to take care of that mess. Walmart returned my money.

This product is great! The last time I ordered from Walmart online the lid was taped down and the bottle was placed inside a plastic bag to prevent spillage. But not this time. My whole order was soaked in Woolite. Both bottles leaked. Not happy at all.

The Woolite had a small hole in the bottom of the container. It leaked onto my other items which included paper towels and toilet paper. Luckily they are wrapped in plastic. At first I thought it just leaked out of the lid, but when I rinsed everything I later found more leaking and found the hole in the Woolite bottle.
