Beware if you order with other items!
I've used Woolite Darks since it came out-it has kept my clothes looking new longer. Has a light scent-doesn't bother my fragrance sensitivity. Only gripe is Walmart shippers threw this 128 oz jug in with a cushion w/o taping the lid, wrapping the jug in bubble wrap nor putting in separate leakproof bag so guess what? Yup cracked lid and all but 1/5th leaked everywhere. Walmart customer service promptly refunded and this is the last time I order anything liquid from Walmart as this was my 2nd leaked/improperly packed order this year. Walmart has gotta be losing some $ with who knows how many shipments are going out like this one had.

Great product and thoughtful shipping packaging
This is a great detergent for our dark clothing and I really appriciate that Walmart added a strip of tape to prevent the cap from coming loose during transit.

Packaging needs major improvements
Product is excellent. I don't recommend buying it online. Yes, it was bagged and in a box. But the lid was broken off and all the detergent was everywhere in the bag. What a mess.

Not Happy
Woolier is amazing and I have used for several years. Walmart has the best price but WHY would you deliver in a plastic bag? Detergent opened and leaked everywhere.

The item was delivered with broken and open cap. Half of the detergent fell into the packet and spilled all over my house when I brought it in. It was a horrible delivery.

A Messy Shipment Experience
I like Woolite Darks liquid laundry detergent. My rating is for the mess I had to endure with product being spilled inside of the shipping box. Liquid spilled out due to loose bottle cap. It leaked on my floor through the shipping box and other product that was also inside of the box as well.

Don't get it shipped. Leaking detergent everywhere
Very poor packaging. A lot of the liquid detergent leaked which is frustrating to clean up. Shipping box damaged. And, Walmart expects me to return a half full bottle of detergent in order to get a replacement. They should have at least taped the cap down to avoid leaking detergent everywhere. YUCK!

IT'S ABOUT THE PACKAGING
i wanna make things clear, i love this product but the way Walmart seals this totally messed up my orders... it spilled my detergent and I got so upset... fyi, this isnt the first time though, i dont like complaining but this time I'm very disappointed... they dont even have an option to send an email directly to their consumer report...
