nice horn and alarm
It's very good
I strapped this on my bike straight out of the box without any sound or sensor adjustments and it works well. I parked my RadRover e-bike, readied the alarm. Then walked up to the bike, lifted it from the kickstand, started rolling it and BLAST went the alarm for one second. I set the bike down, then started to move it again and BLAST went the alarm making all sorts of attracting noises. I should put one of these on my car!
I installed this alarm onto my brand new mobility scooter as a security measure in case I need to leave it unattended for a few minutes. After I finished installing it I "armed it" for a quick test, made a cup of coffee and sat back to watch TV and kind of forgot that I had turned on the alarm. Later, when I walked past it on my way into the kitchen it shocked the daylights out of me when it blasted the first warning screech which sent me running for the controller before I frightened my neighbors. Soon I'll test it again outside of my building by leaving it unattended in view of some of my inquisitive neighbors!
This device is a must have for anyone with an E-bike or anything that requires an added layer of protection. It was easy to set up, easy to use and is very loud when activated. All wrapped up in a nice compact package and available for a reasonable price.
Alarm is ear piercing loud and easy to install underneath the seat where it is hid out of sight
Fun, very sensitive, works as expected. now, I wish it could be installed with an itag or android tag inside the horn part of the device. that would truely help. Also, it needs to send back to the keys activater a beeping and vibration as well so they know it's being messed with if they are in a loud store and can't hear the device outside.
seems to be what it says it is...an alaŕm.
Box includes mounting bracket that has no way of connecting to the horn and no mounting instructions. The included manual contains broken and incorrect English language instructions on what appears to be setting the sensitivity. The words used in these instructions are nonsense and a collection of babbling. Words in the wrong order, incorrect words, non-words, nonsense. unbelievable. The remote button that wraps around the handlebars does nothing. Mo instructions on how to potentially pair that button to the device. assuming it is a pairing issue. The square arm/disarm remote control does cause the horn to blast but instructions are useless on how to program any functionality. I purchased this device for two reasons. The mounting bracket and the push button that wraps around the handlebars. Neither work.
HORN BUTTON DOES NOT WORK. I bought this primarily so as to have a bike horn. ZERO instructions on how to activate the HORN BUTTON. RETURNING PRODUCT.
