Wybot - Handheld Pool Vacuum - Black

The suction power is great! It helps to have an additional handle for use. I've noticed if it is turned off while in the water it releases everything and you must start over. Not sure if it's something I'm doing or a defect.

We used this for a small fountain at our apartment community and it works great! I wouldn't recommend it for a large area, but for settled dirt in a fountain, small pool, or hot tub, this is perfect!

This thing is frigging awesome. I recommend this for anyone owning a hottub. It can and will do a great job in a pool too but I have a robot for that part.

I like not having to deal with hoses like with my old pool and it cleans just as well. The instructions were not very clear but I was able to assemble anyway

Arrived without power cord so I'm not sure if it works, and if it works, I don't know how well. I emailed the seller so hopefully this will get resolved sooner than later. Will update based on my experience but not off to a great start.

The product does not do what it says it's going to do it does not come back to the side of the pool to be pulled out and it does not pick up any big Leaves I did not get my money worth It was hard

Worked once then stopped working on the second cleaning cycle. Troubleshooting is a joke. The owners manual provides zero guidance on how to rectify faults. ALL red light faults have to be handled by their service department and virtually every fault is a red light fault. I still waiting for a response from the service center (to be fair, I have been waiting a little over 24 hours). Hopefully, I’ll get it working when/if the service center responds. When it worked, it did a decent job. However, for the price I would expect the cleaner to work more than once. As of now, I don’t recommend purchasing this product.

Not a good vacuum, came with wrong charging cable. Had to purchase one from Amazon. The robot will not climb out of the 8 foot deep end. Do not buy if you have a deep end.

Complete disappointment. Battery life is much shorter than advertised. It doesn't return to the low end of the pool because it cant get out of the deep end. I have maintained my 20 x 40 inground pool for 45 years. I have used many other vacuums and this one is, hands down, the worst. I used it 3 times in 2 days. It also didnt pick up much debris from the bottom when there was plenty to pick up. Dont waste your money like I did, although, I will definitely be getting a refund and returning this joke of a vacuum!

It arrived… we read all instructions, charged it fully for a couple days, turned it on, placed it in the pool…. It crept ever so slowly then completely stopped at the very first slight slope upward in the pool floor. We then pulled it out…. Let it drain, plugged it back in (thinking perhaps it didn’t get a full charge previously). This time allowed it to charge for 3 days just to be sure its first charge was complete….again…. Turned it on, placed in pool and the exact same thing happened! It crept sooo very slowly and stalled out at the very first tiny incline in the pool floor. Not sure if we got a dud, did something wrong or the thing just works poorly but this item is gonna have to be returned as we cannot figure out what could be wrong with it.
