My grandpa wasn't able to walk much anymore and after a month of taking these he's able to go up and down the stairs again.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I felt like these helped my knees in a short time of taking them. My flexibility along with weight gain had caused me to start having pain when I sat and crossed my legs. I am hoping as I take more of them the problem will go away completely but I also know I need to some lose weight. I don't like taking a lot of medicines (prescription or over the counter) but will take these if they continue to help. I would suggest giving them a try to help with joint comfort.
