X2O Universal Adult 2X/3X Life Vest and Jacket, (50" - 60" Chest), Blue Ocean Coral, Unisex

I purchased this life jacket for my 13-year-old grandson. Initially, I was skeptical due to a previous failed order, which I needed urgently. However, upon receiving this one, I wasn't two impressed, but. It performed well in the water it hold him up and I intend to place additional orders. The fit was also suitable for me and the price was reasonable

At first, I was skeptical due to the price. However, after reading many positive reviews, I decided to order two life vests for my kayak trip. When first trying on the vest, it was extremely tight and adjusted for the smallest fit. 30 inch chest. I have a 44 to 46 inch chest so I just needed to adjust the straps. The vest is extremely comfortable around the neck. Easy to maneuver, raise and lower arms and feels very good on the body. I will enclose a few pictures of the life vest.

Wearing this vest is comfortable I felt safe while canoeing. Easy to snap %26 unsnap, tighten, %26 clean. Plus the color looks good not too bright just right. Thank you!

I love how comfortable it feels and it is very appealing aesthetically speaking. It's very snug and it will make sure your head is above water, very worth it purchase, low price and great life jacket 100% recommend!

Fits alright. You have to loosen the bottom 2 straps for it to come down then fit around the top clasp. It adjusts well but seems to fit bulky around the top of your shoulders. Wore it while riding jet skis and it worked great for that purpose. Can't beat the price

I needed three life jackets for cheap and in short order and these filled the role. They dont fit great and even in the 2xl size struggle to fit a large but not giant dude, particularly on the top strap. They kinda feel like you took a seat cushion and taped it to yourself. Better than nothing but I would not want to wear this 24/7.

Its a decent enough lifejacket for an adult. As long as you won't be doing any serious water sports/activities. I do not recommend for a child/teen. The neck opening easily slips over the head. The top strap does not tighten enough to prevent the neck/ head from slipping. The remaining straps do not stay in place even though we can get them tight enough. I am a smaller adult: 5'2" 100 lbs. my granddaughter is my same size. She meets the jacket sizing criteria. She was using the jacket to jump off of a raft. Every time she jumped the jacket slid up and slipped over her head and she was caught inside the jacket. She was struggling and had trouble getting the jacket pushed back down. Had there not been others close by she could have easily drowned. There were others with us that had the same lifejacket. They were much bigger in size and even though they had a larger sized lifejacket to fit their body size they too had similar issues with the jacket wanting to slip up and over their head. So I recommend using caution.

The only issue I have with this is the sizing. This will NOT fit someone, man or woman, with a 50:-60" chest or even near that sizing. This vest is sized for a pre-teen adult, probably weighing no more than 120 lbs, with a very flat chest. The straps will not adjust much, so it is what it is.

The tag says 30-52 inch chest. I am about 40" and there was no way I could get the top buckle even close to buckling. The other straps had lots of extra band to adjust but the top one only adjusted an extra inch or so. It is also very bulky. I think it would be hard to paddle in it. The tag says universal Adult. I wear a ladies size L so you would think I would fall into that range.
