what I ordered
Received the product I ordered as recommended by the stamp company. However the packaging for shipping was outrageous! A 1x1x3" product packaged in a 9x12x6" box?!! Really? Save a tree!

Xstamp Ink Refill
Had an old Xstamper which had been dried out for years. Initially, I added the ink from above (as directed), then on the impression sides, but no luck. I even flooded the stamper several times with ink, trying to revive the stamper. Then I added paint thinner, thinking I could get the stamper going again. Nothing worked. Old stamper in garbage. Apparently, if the stamper dries out too much, it cannot be rejuvenated by adding ink. Otherwise, I have no experience with the product. Hope it helps.
