I love this product. My daughter introduced Xtend to me. I'm always dehydrated and now I drink a lot more water. I'm a type 2 diabetic and this is sugar free using sucralose. It tastes amazing! My favorite flavors are grape, strawberry kiwi and blue raspberry ice. I don't work out. I am disabled and use a walker and a scooter.

The original is always the best. It is smooth and taste great in any flavor. It really gives you a push on your workouts and the recovery is way better than just water.

As a dietary supplement, mix each scoop In 10-14 fl. oz. of water (adjust for taste preference) and shake well. On training days, consume 1 scoop during exercise and 1 scoop after exercise. On non-training days, consume 2 scoops throughout the day. For best results, use two scoops per day.

I bought this for my husband who plays a lot of tennis outdoor in the sun for hours everyday, he loves it, it's the forth tube that I have purchased back to back. It doesn't have the weird chemical taste, we keep it in the fridge after opening it. And will continue purchasing it, his students have also started using this BCAA, and they felt the difference in how quickly he recover and hydrated they are after a few hours on the court.

Xtend's BCAAs is a regular purchase for us, and this time we decided to try a new flavor - Lemon-lime. I was really full of doubts because from my experience these lemon-type flavors usually turn out to be too artificial however this one turned out to be very tasty indeed! In terms of sweetness - I play around with the amount of water in the mix and so make it less/more sweet, works for me.

I've been using this product for quite some time. It's always been fantastic; I like most flavors, but the best part was getting the result of it after taking. It tastes great, aids in hydration and energy during exercise, and aids in recovery. It comes highly recommended.

I thought everything is natural but was disappointing to see artificial sweetener acesulphame potassium. And even if I really dilute the drink it's too too sweet for me . So I actually discarded it . Would never buy any product that has artificial sweeteners .

This new formula in watermelon flavor is horrible. I used to look forward to my intra-workout drink. Now it diminishes my whole workout experience. Only 2 uses in a brand new container and I'm considering throwing it out. Ugh. Bring back the original formula!!
