XTERRA TRX4500 Treadmill

I was able to assemble this myself. It doesn't lock you into subscriptions like some other treadmills and it's very easy to use. The shock absorption is on par with treadmills I use at the gym.

we had to come up with a method to pick up at the highway, delivery truck too large to navigate road. it was quite an inconvenience

The treadmill was easy to assemble, only need help installing the console.did have a damaged plastic end cap, but talked with Cecelia R at Xterra fitness and she had the part sent to me the same day. Excellent customer service. The tread mill is up and running with no problems.

This is a solid treadmill and gets the job done ! Used it for a few months now , usually 5K x 3 a week and my son lives walking on it for exercise especially during winter weather. It doesn't have all the fancy apps and all but works great! It was easy to assembled. I had to get help though to carry it to the second floor, it's a bit heavy. But overall I love it !!

I did research treadmills so knew this was going to be a great product. I also did price shopping since this is a fairly expensive item. Walmart was by far the cheapest. Was kept informed about delivery from Walmart. Order was received earlier than originally projected. Delivery company and the man that delivered the treadmill was great. Delivery driver prompt, courteous, and friendly. He needs a raise!

works good but a little big and heavy

Very frustrating experience. Treadmill stopped working with less than 6 months of use. Console is completely unresponsive. Tried all the tips and tricks and nothing; just totally unresponsive. It's Jan 2026 and the East Coast is in the midst of a winter storm; the exact situation when you'd want your treadmill working. Should have gone with a more established brand. Lesson learned. Will see how their customer service / warranty coverage is.

well it seemed like a great buy. it was not. had problems with the treadmill would stop in the the middle of work out. I could of been hurt. then they come to fix it and the guy said i need a new motor, a belt and something else. The parts came in the mail except for the motor. now the repair guy isn't answering. and now i am on hold.

I received my treadmill and put it together and to my surprise it didnt work. After speaking with customer service and it still didnt work. They said they would send the parts 3-5 days and have a tech come to my house. After 8 days we called and the parts had not shipped. They are finally shipped but right now I still have no treadmill and I ordered it a month ago and its no telling when a tech will be out to my house. Info not recommended the treadmill, I saw other post with issues and I figure it was just one in a few but I am not one of those one in a few.
