The ladder was exactly as expected for the price. The exceptional part of the experience was when I initially assembledthe ladder there was an issue with one set of nuts and bolts that prevented me from adjusting to the proper height through no fault of mine nor the manufacturer (probably bad threads on the bolt). The supplier immediately sent out a replacement at no additional cost. Exceptional service and responsiveness.

Dislike having to order significant parts separately, even if was an alternative solution to adding needed ballast weigh to the ladder. Then there is no customer service response over the phone and customers are directed to send an email. Why leave a phone number?

unfortunately some of the nuts and bolts we're ineffective, which hindered the ability to adjust the height of the steps to meet the pool floor. had there not been the bolt or not issue I believe it would have been a great option for us. I'm unsure how to contact the seller or manufacturer to look into a replacement

Very rickety. I would not recommend. I was trying to save some money but I regret it now. It looks very cheap and it does not feel sturdy at all. It does get you out of the pool but I would not buy again.

Trying to assemble steps with parts inaccurately manufactured is impossible. Each step had a back panel to prevent slipping through and getting hurt; but, two out of the four panels did not fit. When we forced them to slide down grooves, the sides of the ladder stretched to far apart and holes could not line up; thus, we were forced to leave them off. Also, info for said steps said 40 lbs. of sand was needed. This was bad info because we filled steps as full as possible and had over half of sand left over. Two other weighs were needed and did not come with said order. We did not know one had to order weighs separate. Oh, and the caps on each step would not snap into place and have gaps; and, we hope no one ends up hurt do to this poor craftsmanship.

Says it will work for a 52” pool no way possible. The inset screws won't hold and no way to hold them they just spin. I'm returning it to WM this is a joke no stable ladder

Seems to be sturdy, have not put it together / had to buy another part for it , cause in the pic with pool the way they showing it looks like it has steps on both sides ,, nope its just a ladder for deck only.

I bought this product based on the picture showing a ladder going into the pool and also showing steps in the pool. This is a ladder coming out of the pool and must be attached to a deck, which I do not have! For someone that knows nothing about pools or ladders, this is very misleading as the picture does not match the product whatsoever.

I would not recommend these stairs. A few of the pieces didn't line up and the handles are very wobbly with no way to make them more stable

Very cheaply made. Quality is trash. broke within 4 days of use. The 2 ladders are separate and only attached to eachother by one screw and a joiner piece. That joiner piece cannot handle movement or motion and snapped in half!
