I liked the ease of installation the nice firm padding and it is sturdy I was doing incline bench with 185 ,205 and 225lbs and I had no issues.it is a great bench and I got it on sale. I'm buying another one for a friend. I highly recommend this bench and at the current price you won't find one any better without paying a premium.

This bench is very stable and strong for its price, I am over 200 lbs and have bench pressed 300 lbs on this bench and it never budged! Very impressed!

Great product , well designed, strong, and easy to assemble. The only problem with the product is that it is designed for either women or young teenagers. It was way too short for me and I am only 5'11”.

like how easy it is to change positions between lifts, is sturdy, no rocking or moving of any kind.

Looks pretty good quality for the price folds up nice and neat to go under a bed or out-of-the-way in the corner. It does what it's supposed to do supports my weight so I can use it to lift some weights.. haven't got to use it much but so far so good.

The bench was purchased primarily for sit-ups. I found that the padding was a little hard on my tail bone so I bought a tail bone protecting pad and with that on top it is great. The customer service is top notch. I had one part in the parts kit that was not functional - and they shipped me a replacement in just a few days. Overall , great value for the cost and is working great for me.

Great, simple bench. Only downside is the lower cushion angle is fixed, which i knew going in. Would buy again if I were in the market for a good, no frills bench for home lifting.

Good bench for the money. Too short for me, I am only 6.2”. It would be better for women or teenagers. If your 5.8" tall or under, you could not go worn with this bench.

Its not as sturdy as i thought it would be. Also when you fold it , it doesn't stay put. The size is okay for me.

I've tried all the scraws properly but still hear squeak Noice while moving. Annoyed by squeaky noises!
