Well the first one that I received had a rattle in the handle, and it only worked when the trigger was at a certain position. I started a return, but then decided to hold off and ordered a second one. The second one worked great, but it was missing some of the hardware, so I decided to keep the first one so that I had 4 batteries, 2 chargers and extra accessories. I like that the handle is retractable. Makes it easy to trim inside of our outdoor cat cages, without needing to move them. Also it is very light weight and can be controlled with one hand. Would have happily paid a little extra for a higher quality model, but this one does the trick.

Battery life is OK but it gives you two batteries. Make sure that you charge it the night before but great for small little flower beds to keep weeded and clean.

I gave this weed wacker 4 stars because it was under $50, and because it does do a decent job for it's price and size. I didn't expect much for $50. It actually surprised me at what it did cut. I would not recommend this if you have heavy duty weeds to cut. I needed this one to knock down some black berry vines with and it's doing it. Just have to give it time and not push it or try to make it do "heavy" trimming. When cutting long grass, the grass gets wrapped around the baffle plate cover almost every time and you'll have to stop and remove the grass before continuing to cut. This weed wacker is very, very lightweight which is good because it doesn't tire the operator out when using it.....but bad, because it's probably not gonna hold up long. If you just need to do light trimming, this will probably work for you. I do feel it is worth the price I paid for it, but it definitely is not for commercial or heavy duty use.

Battery life wasn't near as long as I liked, plus the cut of range was very small. However, it would be good for light/small work. Is it worth the money, considering having an electric motor with 2 batteries, I would say yes. I just needed something with more power and quicker cutting. I also like no add that it's really light weight compared to gas engines.

Strong and cuts though needs more guide parts that help control what you are cutting. Probably want a little more than this. You ultimately have to control more than anticipated.

This is a great lightweight tool as it explains in multiple parts of the description. Upon receiving the item, I went through the entire thing and everything was great until it came to the plug in charger. Nowhere in the description does it SHOW ANYTHING BUT THE SIDE OF THE BATTERY THAT DOES NOT GO INTO THE OUTLET. The charging plug is NOT for use in the.USA. Granted I received a great price, but after having to buy the PLUG ADAPTER, I would have spent the same amount of money on a known brand as well as it would have come with an actual manufacturer's warranty, instead of just the one they ask you if you want to purchase at the checkout.

Poor packaging looks like a nice trimmer though but didn't come with a US charger plug. Came with a euro charger plug which is not compatible with my outlet %26 couldn't use it to charge the battery. I had to send it back. The discrimination states both US and Euro charger?

i was under the impression it was a string weedeater, the junk blades are worthless, i have went through 8 blades and didn't even get the front yard done, i put it in garage and taking it to goodwill, i can't find the box or i would take it back to store

cord to charge item will not work, and as I waited to long to open and check it I am stuck. my advice is HOLD YOUR MONEY AND NOT BUY THIS. and any thing you buy, check the charger

this trimmer is not a string trimmer. i was tricked into buying this. i thought i was buying a string trimmer along with attachments but when i saw it there was no string at all. this is false advertisement if u ask me and not happy at all
