excellent marinade

So good!
This is a very good marinade. It's a classic steakhouse flavor. It does seem to have a lot of black pepper. One of my kids complained about that. But overall we still loved it.

The marinade was very easy to put together. I used it on T-Bone steaks for extra flavor. It helped to tenderize the steaks at the same time. They grilled very well in my cast iron frying pan inside the kitchen. I will purchase again!

A little on the mild side. A little more time in the marinade would probably help. It reminds me of a Montreal steak marinade.
