It's not the specific product that earned the stars, it's the fact I that I ordered four small products on the website that I thought would be delivered at one time and they all came separately..
I have been using this paste/glue for many years for all my scrapbook needs. It is a very sticky glue so I suggest having a small cup of warm water on your work area to rinse your fingers and work often. I also suggest placing wax paper under your work, and using an old credit or gift card for spreading a thin-ish layer of glue on paper, affix papers together, gently wipe edges and fingers with a damp paper towel, use a brayer roller over the paper to make sure excess glue is removed and edges are stuck down tight, damp wipe edges clean again. You can layer pages between clean wax paper and weight them with some books overnight for drying or just let dry flat - perfect pages every time! There is never any wrinkling, buckling or dimpling of paper. When dry every surface is flat with a highly professional appearance and feel. It really is the perfect glue for creating scrapbook pages, covered boxes, cards, altered books and anything with glued paper. Young kids would need instruction/supervision, just because it is so sticky messy. Personally, I let the kids use Elmers and I use YES. You can see in this picture how flat the papers are also how thick and sturdy each page is. I used medium weight chipboard as a base for the pages and card stock papers to cover the chipboard.
I luv this glue/paste. Takes a very thin coat, leaves no bubbles under the page, goes on smooth. It is more a pasteful glue (lol) I guess, less water than traditional glues which gives a smoother surface
A bit pricey but great quality.
This is a great glue for me! Im cardmaker and YES! glue spreads easy (I use an old gift card or something similar), paper projects dry flat. It comes in a big jar and a little goes along way, so it lasts a l-o-n-g time! It can be thinned with a little water if it should thicken. It cleans up with water and dries clear!
Love love love it!!!
Yes Paste is a smooth, easy to use adhesive. It goes on easy, and the sticky paste adheres to your paper, fabric, glass, wood and your object sticks.
Great for glues scrapbook paper in the dollhouse that I am working on. Dries fast and clean up is easy. Thanks to a follow dollhouse friend for recommending it.
And, I mean THICK! It should last awhile. I had heard it is great for wrinkle-less collaging, so I thought to give it a try. I generally use mod podge or Golden Clear Tar Gel. I have to water the YES paste down, it is SO thick! I don't dislike it, but we shall see if I decide to buy it again. I apply with a palette knife, and spread accordingly. It definitely does what it says, and adheres well.
The lid is stuck with extra glue and I could not get the jar open.
