This has held up to a couple of weeks of slamming.
So far, so good. I am aware this can deflate/leak, but I've been slamming it repeatedly for a couple of weeks now. It has held up so far. I was a little concerned, because this is about the half the price of other similar-weight slam balls I've seen. I've had no problems.

Better than name brand
This is a high quality ball. I bought it for my trainer's home gym as she didn't have one. I think this is better than the one I bought myself at a higher price tag from a name brand! I wish I'll stick to this brand when I need more for my own gym. Great product.

Worth every Dollar!!
The ball was a little bigger than what I was expecting but love the bumps on the outside.. helps for when your sweaty or have arthritis to pick the ball up better.. Would definitely order more!

Movement
Thing I dislike I should have read more before purchase.. theres a weight inside of the ball. So once you move the ball the weight on the inside moves as well.. I hope thats makes since

Internal weight by loose, shifting sand. 4 stars.
The toning ball grip and weight is fine, but it is not solid inside. It is weighted by sand and shifts the center of gravity towards the bottom. Not a real problem, just a consideration for people who need precision in handling the weight. Otherwise, it is a good and useful product.

Not prefferable
So this ball is like a smaller sandbag inside a rubber ball, there is quite a bit of air space in it. I prefer a solid sandbag medicine ball. The delay in contact of the sandbag when catching the ball causes wrist discomfort for me. It does have a cool grippy raised texture so that is nice. Material is good rubber easy to clean, doesnt have a that plastic stickiness.

Okay ball but not for me
It is a sturdy well made ball but I do not like how the sand inside moves around (feels like a bag of sand in the ball instead of the ball just being full of 10lbs of sand) and I do not like the size of the ball. I bought a 15lbs SPRI ball from Walmart and I love it. it was $20! The 12lb SPRI ball is $60! What?! I will be returning this ball.
