In my quest to get fit, i purchased these Prosource Fit sliding discs. Although I paid a bit more than other options, these discs are quality! I am more than pleased. They are not some crazy neon color, but instead a sleek black. They fit nicely underneath my hands and knees and move easily in all directions! The bottom of the discs slide very easily on my carpet….the only issue with them is me..,,moving these is definitely workout! These are the ones you want!

We used to use paper plates. These are quite an improvement.

These gliders are great for core workout exercises, like Pilates. They are perfectly balanced for slide and resistance.

Just purchased these. So far, so good. Excellent for my mountain climber exercises on my carpet!

My feet kept sliding off the disc when doing mountain climbers. I tried with sneakers, without socks, with socks, didn't matter. It was annoying. I spent more time trying to keep the disc under my feet than actually doing the work out. I don't feel it's necessary equipment to have. At least not for me.
