If you wanna do landmines and viking presses, this is a good way to it. I had to jimmy rig it to my trianer, but it's not a big deal. I'm super psyched. I like these manual movements.
This was easy to attach to my squat rack and fit my Olympic barbell nicely
This is good product for the price!!
surpassed my expectations. simple and inexpensive. would recommend this item all day.
I was using a v-bar handle under one end of my 52-lb Olympic bar with 25-lb plates loaded at the end, to do T-bar rows, but found no good way to anchor the back end. I wrecked my old 45-lb standard Olympic bar by wedging it into a corner of my power rack, throwing a rubber car mat over it and a 50-lb plate atop the rubber to stabilize the end. It worked, but it sprung the end of the bar over time. I just received this attachment yesterday and used it for the first time today. The video of the guy hammering the steel nibs flat to fit under his bar is ridiculous. If you have anything like a power rack (I'm using the bottom of a 4-way neck machine) you just slip the end under it. I put an old sock over the end of my Olympic bar, slotted it in, tightened the black plastic-tipped holding screw, loaded up the end of the bar with 25-lb plates, put a cinder block on each side of the heavy end, looped the v-handle under the bar snug with the Olympic bar nut, and did perfect T-bar rows with a great stretch at the bottom. This device holds the bar stable, and the hinge works with me up-down as I row. Items needed: 1) barbell, 2) plates, 3) v-handle, 4) sock, 5) this device. Simple, effective, takes up no space and I love it.
Perfect fit for my squat rack. I didn't want something I would need to attach to a wall or floor so this works great. Super reasonable too.
Really nice piece of equipment. Definitely worth the purchase price (one of the cheapest I found) and still really heavy and nice. Would recommend.
Does whats its supposed to do. Works great.
AWESOME INVESTMENT WORTH IT %26 MUCH NEEDED
Added adapter to my power house machine for land mine attachment
