I like this collagen product because it only has vitamin C with it -no sodium ,no biotin, no extra stuff. I have been taking it for a few years now with no ill effects. My hair and nails are stronger and I don't have too many wrinkles. I am 76. I only take one or two pills a day. I think they recommend six. I have read some negative concerns about collagen perhaps causing cancer-I don't believe it, but that's why I am very careful how much I take. I think it's a way to boost protein, which I don't eat enough of due to stomach problems.

I received the Youtheory Collagen Advanced Formula Type 1, 2 & 3 through the Walmart Spark Reviewer Program. I had been wanting to try something to help with my hair and nails along with my skin as I am aging and I have a Thyroid disease which results in frequent hair loss. I have been taking this about 2 weeks now and can tell a difference in my nails, they are starting to grow. I also do not notice as much hair has fallen out into my sink when I am fixing my hair. It has also helped with some joint pain I have been having in my thumbs. I do not take the recommended 6 tablets a day but only 3. They are very large pills and hard for me to swallow. Other than that I am very satisfied.

Youtheory Collagen Advanced 1, 2, 3, arrived quickly. I have been using it just recently and have found my nails, growing very fast and my skin seems smoother. I haven't noticed any changes in my hair yet, but will update review once I start to see a change. The pills are rather large, but I have had larger so these are okay to handle. You need to take 6 at a time or you can stretch them out over your day. I love that they are made from the collagen of (bovine and chicken). Besides the pills being a little large, these are worth it. I highly recommend these to anyone looking for a really good collagen blend.

Youtheory Collagen Advanced Formula 1, 2 and 3, 160ct are large tablets. I cut mine in half to make swallowing easier. The directions say to take 6 per day. I started out with three a day to make sure my stomach could handle the tablets and ingredients. After about 5 days I started taking six tablets a day. I was not sure if I was willing to take 6 pills a day but after see some of the results I am happily taking the 6 pills a day. I am amazed how well my skin looks and feels. I live in the desert and it is hot and dry here in the summer. I am always lathering in lotion to make my skin feel hydrated. Youtheory Collagen Advanced Formula has made my skin not feel so dried out and not so tight. The ashy skin has gone away. I now feel comfortable wearing shorts and not have to worry about putting on lotion every few hours. I do know why I have gone my life without this. My nails are much stronger and do not break as easily. My hair is growing much faster. I plan to continue to use youtheory Collagen Advanced Formula,

These tablets are large but they are lightweight. The dosage is six a day, which I took two at a time, three times a day. These dissolve well, have no discernible taste and are easily broken if you can't swallow a largish pill very easily. Collagen has a lot of health benefits, I would recommend this brand for ease and convenience.

I received a free bottle of this product to try. When I received it, it came with a note from the manufacturer asking to use the product for a bit before rating it. As I wanted to be fair, I used the entire bottle before giving my opinion. The Tablets are fairly big. You take 6 a day preferably with your biggest meal. I'm a person that doesn't have a problem with bigger Tablets, but if you do you might want to cut them in half. After taking this product for about a month, my skin did show improvement. I can't say the wrinkles disappeared, but they did get less noticeable. My nails got stronger as well. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and Family. I will be buying more as well.

I've been doing a lot of reading on the benefits of collagen. In addition to the beauty benefits (supposed to reduce wrinkles make hair and nails grow) it helps with joints. I've been having knee pain recently and the pain is gone and my nails are growing really fast. I've been taking the recommended six tablets a day for about a week now so it's a little early to tell if this is real or a placebo effect. Why only four stars? The tablets are quite large (see picture). Bottle contains 160 tablets which is 20 tablets short of a one-month Supply. The collagen in these tablets is supplied from cows and chickens, and there is no NSF or USP endorsement. I plan on finishing the bottle. The tablets are large, but it's probably easier to take them versus a collagen powder.

This came with a note saying that the results would show after taking them daily for a couple of weeks. On the label it states it's 6,000mg of collagen comprised of "collagen bovine and hydrolyzed chicken collagen" and to take it daily with your largest meal. I took it daily for two days but by the second night I had a reaction to it and had to stop taking it. A third of my lower lip on the left side suddenly ballooned up. It got so huge it looked like when women go crazy with the fillers but only on a third of my bottom lip. I hadn't eaten or been around anything new or different in the two days except for these tablets and the swelling disappeared after taking an antihistamine and I stopped taking them. These might work well for someone else but definitely not for me.

This is a first for me. I wanted to try and read mixed reviews . Youtheory Collagen Advanced 1, 2 & 3 160ct came up on Spark and I figured hey why not? My nails have always been thin, and my hair thinning. I have stiff joints and I have just learned to take vitamins. This seemed to make no change at all. It has only been 2 weeks . Yet I have noticed I was feeling better just taking straight Vitamin D for my joints and calcium. Thank you Spark
