Youtheory Spore Probiotic, 6 Billion CFU, 60 Capsules

I love these capsules! They are easy to swallow and leave no after taste. You do take two daily, which is fine! They help me stay regular and help with any tummy troubles. They have no terrible odor, which is a plus because sometimes that is a problem! Overall I like these probiotics and I enjoy trying different kinds to find the perfect fit, and I think I have with these! I would recommend this product to add to your vitamin collection for daily use!! The price is also very reasonable for what you are getting, and they do not need to kept refrigerated.

Got this to help regulate my GI, I had a bad case of a stomach bug and just didn't feel right free. I tired these out and noticed a small difference. I don't like how big the pills are . It also dates to take two. Won't recommend to those who have swallowing issues.

These Spore Probiotic capsules have helped me so much. They have regulated my digestive system. Once I entered my 30's my digestive system changed drastically and these probiotic capsules have helped me get back to normal. The directions say to take two capsules per day with water. You should be able to finish all capsules in a month or 30 days. They are easy to swallow since they have no scent unlike other vitamins etc. I have been told this brand is really good therefore I highly recommend this product. It's worth a try! You will not regret it!

I was taking Probiotics a few years ago after developing an ulcer, my digestive system was never the same. I stopped taking about a year later, opting to follow a healthier diet. I had so many issues taking the Probiotics because it seemed there was no consistency. Even though I would use the same brand, one bottle would be effective, and the next bottle would not. Therefore I never really found a brand that seemed to work consistently. After awhile I just stopped taking them. I follow a pretty strict diet now, and my diet is very conservative, I just don't want to risk digestion problems again. After reading (everything) about spore Probiotics, I found a lot of information about why the Probiotics I used in the past were possibly ineffective, and the spore Probiotics would be more effective. A lot of the Probiotics (I had used in the past) without spore would not survive the stomach acid to actually get into the intestine. Also the Probiotics without spore, may not even be "alive" when we ingest them due to many variable such as temperatures, expiration dates, even dust. Now the spore that is in these Probiotics is actually is a seed the typically can survive the elements, and travels to the intestines because it resists stomach acid. And so on... I am actually in Probiotic information overload right now. I have been taken the Youtheory Spore Probiotic for 6 days now. I am so happy I started taking these because I have brought some foods back into my diet that I actually enjoy eating. So far, so good, it has actually been kind of amazing. Also these capsules do not have to be refrigerated, take 2 with a glass of water. The bottle is a 30 day supply, 60 capsules. I will stick with the Youtheory, they are easy to take, and the Youtheory website is a wealth of information.

Probiotic foods and supplements are now found everywhere as people are realizing how good they are for your health, and that this bacteria is beneficial to digestive health. What is so fantastic about this product, is that it is a soil based bacteria that has a 3-stage life cycle, from growth, to sporulation and germination. Having this product in the spore structure preserves the bacteria in a dormant phase until it reaches your lower intestines where the bacteria needs to be to derive the most benefit. Being able to stand up the acids of the stomach and upper intestines, I can get a whopping 6 billion CFU units that this probiotic has. Not having to be refrigerated is another great bonus. I can rest easy knowing that my probiotic supplement will not lose it's effectiveness, and having it right out on the counter reminds me to take them. I have had colon issues recently, and I have noticed that I don't have near as many “stomach aches” as I have in the past. I take two capsules in the morning that are easy to swallow and have no after taste. I would definitely recommend this product to my family and friends.

I tried this because other supplements have given me an upset stomach and this seemed a little more natural and they actually worked I didn't get an upset stomach like I got on some other products. I don't know how well they work because it's only been 2 weeks but it seems to be helping.

I have tried probiotics on several different occasions and I can never really seem to tell a noticeable difference. The only exception was the first time is ever taken them years ago. They actually made il me more constipated. My diet and exercise were very regimented at the time. Now, my diet and exercise are scattered all over the place. So it's hard to notice a difference. I don't have any specific suggestion problems. I should eat more veggies, though. And as a woman probe to yeast infections, probiotics are a good option. I like that these do not have to be refrigerated. And I didn't get a heavy feeling in my throat after talking them. So, I'm a week in, and again no noticeable difference. But things are not worse. So, that's good.

I noticed some differences like my mouth (not my lips) is sometimes drier than usual, my bowel movements seem to occur a little bit more often but I can't say for sure if it's related with the product because I only used for few days so it's hard to give a correct review especially when everybody's system is different. But at least it seems to help me a little bit because there were some few times where I usually know I should have stomach ache after what I ate but I didn't.

If it works for you. I gave this a try and all the ingredients seem to be of good quality but it didn't really do much for me other than give me stomach discomfort. Perhaps I should have tried it longer and maybe it would balance out eventually. However, I have a sensitive stomach so I try to avoid making it upset when possible. I was hoping it would help with my IBS, not irritate it. I do know everyone has different needs for their Flora so I don't want to negatively discount it as the ingredients do work for some. Do be aware that there really isn't a standard from the FDA over probiotics yet so it's hard to verify such products as beneficial or safe. That said, many people do swear by probiotics so use at your own discretion. The pills are large. They don't seem to cause any indigestion though.

I have been taking these Youtheory Spore Probiotic, for the past two weeks. I have been taking probiotics for a couple of years, now. I am a believer in them, since they have helped regulate my body, after a nasty bout of E COLI and my gut bacteria was knocked completely out of wack. The only thing I have noticed, when taking these, is I have an upset tummy. But in all fairness, I don't know if that is because of these probiotics, or because there is a tummy bug going around our school, at the moment. I am going to continue to take them, and see how I feel. I don't like that the serving size is 2 capsules. However, the pros are that they are easy to swallow and they do not leave any strange after taste.
