been using this for a long time and i can say that the quality and ingredients are authentic. suits for all ages thiugh the composition is a lil big but its all good. its package is good nad the benefits for me is very good also.

The quality ingredient agent composition of the supplement are really good, but be careful because the value is way higher than the daily value so if you're not efficient it could be a problem

I have been using this for a while now and alongside the solgar hns one i really feel it has helped my hair come in thicker, though it did nothing for my nails

This product is a bit more expensive than "Collagen". I guess the ingredients are different and it's for a different purpose. I alternate between taking "Hair" and "Collagen", but have not noticed any big difference yet.

These are much smaller than their reg ones. I take this throughout the day and have seen improvement for sure on my skin and joints. They are affordable as well.

I think with regular usage you will see hair growth improvement, as for me it was “supporting the effect of other keratin supplements I used before” (including diet changes). Size of the pills was ok for me, but the higher dosage I liked more (not to take several pills at once but just one)
