All parts were in the box and in great shape. There were even some extra screws, washers and plugs especially included along with the hex driver needed to assemble. Assembly took about an hour by myself and once assembled, the chair worked perfectly. I'm 6' 2" and weigh 220 lbs. It handles my weight and height very well, especially when the seat is raised to its maximum. The only thing I would ask for are 12 more washers (and no shipping fee,)

This chair is a very high fall risk. It has no brakes. while trying to sit on it, it will roll back and could cause a dangerous fall. To me this is a very serious defect in the product especially that it has no brakes is not stated in the description. It's deceptive. Buyers need to know this before buying. It looks good after setup but the defect supercede any beauty it has. It is dangerous to use
