I originally purchased it because I thought my hair might have been falling out due to low iron. I since discovered that wasn't the problem, but I have continued taking it because I feel like I've noticed a decrease in fatigue since taking it. I haven't felt as great a need to drink caffeine or take a nap in the middle of the day like I often have and it's been wonderful!

This iron supplement from Zahler is the only one gentle enough on mine and my daughters stomachs. That we have taken including multiple over the counter as well as prescription iron. As we both are anemic due to an iron deficiency. 5 stars... Well worth the money

Easy to swallow and perfect option to get a little more iron in without being overly constipating. I like the other vitamin additives as well.
