Great for nails
The amount is small but mighty. I use it along with collagen so I only use half the recommended dose and after 2 weeks I noticed a huge difference in my nails and skin. I feel fuller after adding it to my morning coffee routine so I believe the quality is outstanding, I will be purchasing again.

Good source. I eat raw
I eat that raw. it is more sticky than the other brand I bought last time. It clumps in the mouth and less sweet. But, still I like it for its benefits

Blends well, grass fed
Colostrum blended well in my healthy hot chocolate drink. Wish it came in a bigger container, my whole family takes it so we went through the jar quickly. I liked that it was grass fed.

I've noticed more energy. i froth it into my morning coffee. i find that's the best way to mix it in a drink.
