Zebco Big Cat Spinning Reel and Fishing Rod Combo, 7-Foot Rod, Size 60 Reel, Green

It's a great way to introduce yourself or someone to catfishing. Rod and reel are good quality. This is the second one I've bought so I can run 2 rigs. 2 piece design makes it easier to carry. 25 lb line is ok but recommend changing to a better quality line after you've caught a few.

I am so glad that I purchased this fishing rod combo. I been catching more catfish with so easily that am going to buy some more. I caught a total of nine monster cat fish with it yesterday on my brother birthday. I just love how I was reeling them in with no effort. In three hours I caught 27 catfish. And wasn't sore.from reeling them in.

Easy to use. Son really enjoys it.

should be a great rod for my son, aside from the fact that it's missing the screw that holds the handle on the reel. and to make it worse, it's not the universal size and my son is now upset because he can't use it

Don't buy!!! Bought 2,and handle broke in same spot on both. Rod and reel are good, but the handle is c***, so they're sitting in my trunk unusable.

Why is the package so big and my rod is sticking out of it. Could have just used a long package it's a 2 piece rod. Still intact but why very wasteful and don't like to see my rod hanging out of it.

You can do better than this rod. Reel was defective. the 2 seperate pieces can come apart pretty easy. The top of the rod came off while casting. Never had that happen before.
