I am completely satisfied with my mat. I have a hard time doing floor exercises because I had previously broken my tailbone twice and it still gives me problems. Because of how uncomfortable being on a hard floor is, I had not been able to do floor exercises for about 20 years. The first time I tried the mat out I learned that I could no longer do a sit up. I tried very hard and was surprised to find out that I had no abdominal muscles at all. That was about a week ago. I'm improving but it will take a while. I can do 10 sit ups now and plan to keep at it until I can get up to 50 sit-up exercises. Thank you for selling such helpful items.
thick and sturdy, great workout mat
Worth it! Sturdy and easily stored. Makes exercising more comfortable and appealing. Cover if you have cats they like to scratch. Love it!
This is exactly what I needed. With recent injuries getting on the floor to do some exercises has become difficult. Trying to modify exercises on the bed didn't seem to be working as well. This mat was the support I needed to perform exercises on the bed. Plus I can use the mat on the floor as well for added cushion when doing walking in place exercises. Folds nicely. Appears sturdy
The mat is comfortable for floor exercise and folds away neatly when not in use. I am a bigger guy and floor exercises are usually hard on my knees. This mat helped me to cushion my knees elbows and back while working out. It's much better than the yoga mat I was using.
Absolutely love this mat!!! I use it for working out and yoga!! It's so comfy and the padding is very firm. It even has handles so you can carry around with you, . The price might be high but I totally think it's worth it and I would highly recommend it too
I bought this for mom to keep along side her bed for nighttime. My mom's a fall risk and this mat has come in handy for the use of keeping her from hitting the floor when she falls. The padding is thick and the product is very reliable. I highly recommend especially for folks who are a fall risk or just came home from rehab. The padding is thick enough to prevent them from breaking a bone
Very good quality. Slighly more dense than expected.
Seams are just okay, handles oriented on the sides not ends a disappointment. means it can only be hung up fully tri-folded, not bi-fold or flat, which prevents me hanging it out of the way behind a door, not under something blocking my robot vacuum.
11-5-2025 On 10-26-25, I purchased the Zenstyle Tri-Fold exercise mat. It arrived on 10/29 (wonderful). I purchased it to get extra back support (I can't afford a new mattress right now). I'm at the computer all day/every day and I sit on the edge of the bed (and the edge of the Zenstyle mat) when I'm using the computer. I used the mat on 10/29 and by 10/30, the edge of the 2-inch cushion was completely flattened to about half an inch. It's like sitting on a sheet of paper – you can't even tell it's there. Not good. I thought it would bounce back but it didn't. The mat was advertised as a “… high-quality EPE foam that is not only eco-friendly, but durable and built to last …” It was also praised for its “HIGH DENSITY” properties. And according to my google search, the EPE (expanded polyethylene) foam is supposed to be “… durable and resilient” with a “… high compressive strength …” I guess high compression strength doesn't mean what I thought it meant. I don't know if I can give a fair recommendation (recommend it /don't recommend it) because I haven't used it as intended. Maybe it was only intended for exercises. Maybe it was not intended for everyday use. Maybe it was not intended as a seat cushion. Maybe I'm too heavy (230 pounds). I researched the type of foam I needed before I purchased the mat but I guess I still didn't get a foam or cushion that has a more promising edge-durability history. To be fair, I guess I should give the Zenstyle Tri-Fold exercise mat a worthy endorsement because I suppose if used as intended, it would be a good mat. The outer covering (black PU leather) is acceptable. I have no problems with the covering. I like the tri-fold design of the mat and the stitching seems durable. As of 11-5-25, the mat still provides some of the support that my back needs and is comfortable to lie on. I don't trust that it will last very long though. If the edges have flattened out, why should I expect the rest of the mat to last? I chose the right thickness (2 inches), so no problems there. Three inches might have been okay too. I paid $38.88 for the mat. Taxes were $3.11 and the shipping was free, so I guess $41.99 was a good price for the mat. I'm just disappointed that it doesn't have edge-durability. As for the handles and the folding capabilities of the mat, I haven't used the handles. I just laid the mat on my twin-sized mattress and ignored the handles. The mat folds in three sections as it should. If the edges of the middle section get too unbearable to sit on, I guess I can fold the bottom part up to the middle section. Maybe that will be more comfortable. I guess that's all. Can anybody recommend a cushion built with edge-durability or should I start a GoFundMe page so that I can buy a new mattress? All joking aside, I'm open to suggestions.
