It took the pain away when I walk, run and play pickleball and softball. It could use a little more padding. I do recommend it.

They worked to alleviate neuroma pain on the bottom of my foot; stayed in place and material washed well. High recommendation for this product. Can avoid surgery as a result.

I'm a delivery driver and because of there being so much ice this winter I've needed to wear cleats almost everyday which have beat my big toe metatarsal's. I got some better insoles for my boots and these and it doesn't feel better initially, but after a few days of wearing them my feet hurt much, much less. My only complaint is I have huge feet, so i wish the gel pads were bigger and thicker. Wearing two at once helps but they tend to slide around in your boots.

I did not recommend this item as it did not worked as I had hoped. The cushioning was not sufficient for my particular foot issue. It may work for others.
