Zep Commercial Grout Cleaner, 32 fluid ounces

When I moved into my apartment we thought the tile grout in the kitchen was black! We noticed a residue %26 so I ordered this! Best decision ever! Put it directly on the grout %26 about 30 seconds later took an old toothbrush %26 scrubbed it for not even 5 seconds! My grout was actually BEIGE!!! This is the holy grail of gout cleaners. Minimal scrubbing %26 easy removal of buildup %26 dirt! Made my kitchen floors look brand new, instructions on the back were simple %26 easy to follow!

works very fast. i follow the instructions,let the product sit for 3 minutes and you can see it works. i use a grout brush to scrub it better since the tile grout was very dirty. it does smell a little strong tho. also i wish bottle was bigger,since i thought it was a cleaner to dilute with water but is not,and i don't think one bottle is enough for the hole house.

This product is very strong, make sure you wear gloves and have good ventilation where you are using it. I used it on my tile floors, let it set for about 20 minutes. Then with a grout cleaner brush, I lightly scrubbed the grout and my floors look like they did when they were installed. No heavy scrubbing and beautiful tile floors. I would definitely recommend this 10/10 product! I will purchase again.

I clean my kitchen tile every 2-3 years. My kitchen gets lot of use and my grout was extra dirty. Was impressed with how well Zep cleaned. A few spots I applied applications and it never got as clean as I wanted. Overall, it worked. Wasn't overly sudsy to mop up. The true key is sealing your grout after it's cleaned. It will stay cleaner longer. I have used baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, toilet bleach gel and other recommended tile cleaners and Zep for the money and effort worked best for me, purchasing a long-handled scrub brush makes the task easier too.

best tub cleaner i've ever used . the stains just melt away ffrr . like pair this with some dawn , a dog magic eraser or a reg towel and it's going to shock you how the stains just remove themselves . i just revived my sons toilet and shower with the help of this from the horrible condition it was in . i DID have to use like 2-3 bottles so i wish it came in a bigger OZ size . but well worth the purchase because the stains we years of build up and no care

Leave floors slippery after using product. It works really well cleaning the tiles and grout. I recommend it but be cautious after use for a few days until the film fades.

Previously, I have used the DYI method of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide for grout cleaning but I am now sold on Zep. It is easier to apply, more effective and cleanup is much less messy. Highly recommend.

Okay so we bought an older house that might have had some years of grime on the floors and tile. Saw a video on this and was like - WOW - I need to try that!!! So - the stuff works!! Spray and leave pretty much or give it some help with a brush. THE PROBLEM was this... it left a film on the tiles that was so sticky that I had to was my floors about 6 times to get the "stick" to go away! So, if you have old tiles like I do, maybe not what you want to use... I was sad

This is going to eat the sealant on your grout. Bottle even recommends resealing after use of this product. If sealant is gone, then it shouldn't be an issue. Level of whitening is subjective at best.

I was unable to try this cleaning product. After getting the ZEP and reading the back label instructions, I found out that this is very toxic. Should not be used in a small closed space by someone who have lung or breathing issues. Please be very careful using this cleaner. I choose not to change it.
