Zep is a staple in the cleaning products market, and this is a great sprayer. i was concerned after reading some negative reviews, but after a few uses my doubts have been assuaged and i'm convinced these are good spray bottles for my needs. the trigger is large, easy to pull, and doesn't cause hand fatigue when spraying a lot. the mist adjustment is very finicky, a tiny twist goes from a fine mist to a jet stream, so find the sweet spot and stay there. i have no grand delusions that these bottles will last forever, they're certainly not indestructible and i see some potential fragility over time, but i am confident i'll get my money's worth out of these.
This is one of those simple items that ends up feeling like a secret weapon once you start using it. The Zep Professional Plastic Spray Bottle takes a basic concept and executes it with care, reliability, and real world usefulness that lasts. Right away, the bottle feels solid. The plastic has a sturdy weight that inspires confidence, not the flimsy, bend-and-leak stuff you find in bargain bins. The 32-oz size hits a sweet spot, big enough to hold plenty of solution, but still easy to handle without feeling bulky. The sprayer itself deserves applause. The trigger is smooth, easy to squeeze, and doesn’t cramp your hand even after repeated use. Once you set the nozzle to mist or stream, it stays right where you put it, giving you control across cleaning jobs big and small. It never sputters or spits, it just delivers a steady, even spray that gets the job done fast. Cleaning up after use is easy too. Wipe it down, rinse it, refill it. It stays fresh and ready without weird smells or buildup. That matters when you’re going through multiple tasks in a day. This bottle stays dependable, every time. In a world where cheap spray bottles fail fast and good ones feel overpriced, this Zep model hits the sweet spot. It’s solid, dependable, easy to use, and just works without fuss. Grab one and you’ll likely find yourself reaching for it again and again.
A very well built heavy duty spray bottle. It has an infinite control nozzle ( from fine mist to heavy stream). The bottle has markings on the side indicating ounces so you will know what ratio you are mixing. Zep is a well respected company and produces very high quality products.
After using cheaper spray bottles that only lasted a short time before the spray lever wouldn't move, these were a breath of fresh air, so to speak. I've been using them all over the house to disinfect, clean, and deodorize -- sofas, rugs, showers, toilets, flooring, etc. I bought three but will buy more and throw away all the smaller less effective ones. The spray attachment is strong and sturdy and it makes me so happy to use it.
I have never had one of these sprayers not work. The cheaper sprayer sold at Walmart seems to have about a 50% failure rate. Not these! I have poured my 409 spray into one of these and can spray quite a broad mist when I’m cleaning.
I use these bottles for almost everything when I need it in a spray bottle. Inside my home, in the shop, and at work. I've used countless other cheap bottles, and most fail rather quickly for one reason or another. But these Zep bottles have held up well and are worth the money to me. The 2 most common issues I have from the cheapo bottles are either they're just flimsy and break easily, or they don't hold up to the contents. Neither have been an issue with these Zep bottles. The nozzles take a little tuning and adjustment if you want a particular spray pattern, but what spray bottle doesn't? Once I get these set how I want them, they stay set until I change it (unlike a few of the other cheapo bottles). Here's a partial list of what I regularly use these bottles for (each item has it's own bottle for you safety minded folks. No mixing of chemicals here). Bleach (straight and diluted) Soap water (dish soap water) Window cleaner OdoBan (full strength and diluted) WD-40 (poured in from a gallon can) PB Blaster (poured in from a gallon can) Isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) in strengths ranging from 70% - 94% (industrial grade) Mineral spirits These bottles hold up to everything on this list and more.
Everyone knows how tough it is to find good spray bottles. Zep makes great products and their spray bottle is no exception. Holds 25oz of fluid (plus what you can fit in the neck of bottle) with adjustable sprayer to go from mist to stream. For the finest mist turn just the sliiiightest bit from off to spray. The more you turn it the thicker the spray gets until it's a stream. I use this for misting my plants, it's fine enough. It won't be as fine of course, as an actual super fine mist bottle with atomizer but it gets the job done. Can be noisy when tilted and it's not picking up enough water. Best spray bottle I've bought!
I’ve been through so many bottles so many cheap spray bottles. And they don’t work from the start or they stop working. I just gave up and buy these now. They work fine. They last a long time They have measuring indicators on the side, which is convenient too. The handle is nice and big, which is great for my arthritis.
These are the best spray bottles! I don't understand why all spray bottle nozzles can't be made like this. They simply work and do what they're supposed to do. They don't get stuck or clogged after a few sprays. They aren't broken or falling apart after a few months of use. These will definitely be my go-to from now on.
The design of this bottle is totally different from the older Zep bleach-resistant ones I had. Those had the wider, thicker neck style, and unfortunately, both of mine eventually snapped right at the neck where the sprayer screws onto the bottle. Same failure point, twice. Not confidence-inspiring. This one has a different neck and sprayer setup. It looks like it may be sturdier, but it’s still on trial in my garage. Jury’s out. So far, though, it sprays well. The trigger feels smooth, the nozzle adjusts nicely from mist to stream, and it does exactly what a spray bottle is supposed to do. No leaks, no weird pressure issues. If the new neck design holds up better than the older wide-neck version, this could easily be a five-star bottle. For now, it’s performing well… we’re just waiting to see if it can survive long term without snapping like its predecessors.
