It is exactly what I wanted!
This is my second bottom and I'm really glad I found this. I only take half the dose but even that is incredible. I get great rest. I also am one of those people whose muscle just never relax, so using the restroom can be a task. With these I can go with ease. Much more relaxed when it's time for bed too.
I purchase this on a regular basis, as it seems to help.
Does not list Magnesium Oxide (laxative) in the ingredients!
