This product is the best ever. I've been taking it for over a year now I ran out for seven days and I could not even walk. I have a joint osteosis process neuropathy neuropathy, and let me tell you I could tell a difference in seven days I take two every morning on an empty stomach. I will never ever run out of this product. I have tried several other turmeric, but this product here is the best because it has the black pepper and the ginger.

I've always trusted Zhou for their great products, and this doesn't disappoint. I've noticed the cheaper tablets are almost light orange, but these are darker and look much more potent to me. My joints do seem better so I'm now switching to all Zhou products for the quality!

My husband and I are really liking the Zhou Turmeric we purchased! I take it for many of the benefits it provides, but my husband specifically started taking it for his joints. He had been taking glucosamine chondroitin. He said that he couldn't believe the difference it made within the week he started taking it! We are very pleased, and will continue to order this brand!

I like the fact that it has the whole root and the extract because I believe there are factors in the whole root that increase the effectiveness. The ginger and black pepper are also an important adjunct. They assure me that Zhou has done their homework.

I had read about the benefits of having Tumeric in your diet to help with mobility and flexibility. My husband and I maintain a consistent workout regime and since taking Zhou Nutrition Tumeric Curcumin have found that it has helped with recovery after working out.I will continue to utilize Zhou Nutrition for this product as well as several of their other products.

I take Turmeric daily. I purchase from ZHOU because of their quality products & value. There are a lot of cheaper brands out there, but don't waste your money. ZHOU is #1 in my mind!!!

This was my second order of the product Turmeric. It was the first order from Zaou. I have trouble taking the capsules as they have a horrible taste when drinking water to take them. The normal dose for this brand is 3 capsules / 1-2 times daily. I had no trouble with the other brand I tried first....it had no nasty taste and only recommended 2 capsules / daily.....

I don't feel a big difference in any particular way but turmeric is amazing for your body. I consider turmeric to be more of a product that benefits you in the future more than the present. The after taste of the pill is not the best but health and mobility in my older years are more important. I will continue to use this product and order again, in hopes at least to play catch with some great grandchildren one day! FYI I'm 35 and just preparing this vessel of mine for better tomorrow!

This product only has 150mg of active root extract, not 1650. Most of the product is turmeric powder which is likely to be far less useful. It may still be a helpful product, but the misleading label makes me suspicious of the Zhou Nutrition company.
