It goes on smooth and has a nice finish. Very easy to clean looks great! I Have done professional Painting and I highly recommend it for high moisture areas especially Bathroom and Shower areas. Great Product!

Beats all other brands that cost twice as much.

Coverage was not good. Painting white over beige and it took three coats. Service from Walmart was great. Product not so much. Almost used a whole gallon in a powder room with half the wall tiled and a large 3 foot by 4 foot mirror over the sink.
