Sweet and delicious
The taste is sweet, like dates. The syrup is a bit thicker than maple syrup but thinner than honey. I am eager to try this in baked goods instead of sugar. It is rather expensive, so it's not likely to become a 1 to 1 replacement in all recipes..

Yacon syrup for diabetics
I love this yacon syrup bbc it doesnt raise my blood sugar so fast and so high. It helps me have better control of my diabetes. Im so glad I found it. Thanks Walmart for carrying it!

I absolutely love this syrup. I use it in place of the traditional processed crap. This has been my go to for pancakes for a little of two years now.
