Very easy if you were gonna move or if you needed to go upstairs or around corners incredibly easy to put together I had to push pretty hard I'm elderly disabled so probably harder for me than a regular person But very impressed with the design now to see how they function over the next week or 2 and I may be getting a new mattress minus only a couple years old but Seems to Not be firm enough it'll be interesting to see how I sleep tonight and then possibly look at An ultra firm mattress if I'm not sleeping good on this tonight and the next couple nights I have to give it 5 stars for the design and everything they seem pretty sturdy Can't give too much of a review except for how they're made and design Right now

This box spring was exactly what my son needed in his new house. It is an old farmhouse with narrow steps and little headroom. There was no way were getting his full size box spring up those steps. This folding box spring was the perfect ticket. It was easy to get up the stairs and easy to set up. Nice, inexpensive alternative to traditional bedding.

I read the reviews from those who had purchased these box springs but I still was a little skeptical . Could anything be that good? Well, they are. I bought two twin box springs and they were promptly delivered to my home. They were easy to pick up (about 35 lbs each) and easy to unfold. There was no assembly needed. They are much sturdier than the old style made with wood, cloth and some metal. These are great!! I would really recommend them to anyone. They are holding memory foam mattresses that weigh a ton! They don't sag, or bend at all. What a great deal!

THIS BOX SPRING IS GREAT. WHO EVER INVENTED THIS IS A MILLIONAIR I'M SURE. IT'S EASY TO ASSEMBLE. YOU JUST TAKE IT OUT OF THE BOX AND OPEN IT AND ZIP IT UP. IT'S THE BEST BOX SPRING FOR AWKWARD STAIR CASES LIKE THE ONE IN MY COLONIAL TYPE HOUSE. NO PROBLEM WITH THIS THOUGH. AND IT'S STRONG ENOUGH FOR ANYONE. ITS THE BEST I LOVE IT SO GLAD I ORDERED IT. CAN'T RAVE ENOUGH ABOUT THIS PRODUCT. KOODOO'S TO THE INVENTOR. LOVE IT LOVE IT, LOVE IT AND YOU WILL TOO. TRUST ME IF YOU NEED A BOX SPRING YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THIS! JUST ORDER THE SIZE YOU NEED AND YOU WILL LOVE IT TOO.

I ordered this unit to add height to a king size platform bed. For this purpose the unit works very well. It is not a box spring other than it springs open when you fold it open. It is an all metal base encased in a zipper cover. As a grandmother with determination, I wrestled each box onto the platform as I maneuvered the heavy gel foam mattress around it in a small room. I must admit when they say it takes two people, they speak the truth. I did, however manage to pull it off but it was not an easy task solo. The results are just what I wanted and time will tell if the comfort level remains the same or changes.

I moved recently and the bed in my furnished apt is a full mattress on a platform. It is an excellent mattress and platform, but it is just too low to the ground and for someone who has slept on a box spring and mattress for 50+ years, It just didn't feel right and my sleep was affected. I saw all of these positive reviews and decided to make the purchase. It was delivered by UPS in a very large box which weighs approx. 65 pounds. The dimensions are such that you really need someone to help you. I am very strong and able-bodied, but it is so cumbersome you need 2 people. When I took it out of the box, I was a little intimidated, but it is a no brainer really. You just unfold it. Take it slow and you will have no problem. I have been sleeping on it for a couple of weeks now and I love it. So glad I decided to purchase.

I have an older home with a narrow staircase. We had to get rid of the box spring we had because it would not go up the stairs. I saw this one on the Walmart website and ordered it. It went upstairs so easily and it is solid and supports so much better than the wood box springs. I was reading the instructions on how to open it and before I even got done with step 2 it opened and locked into place and was ready for use. This item is so reasonably priced also. Thank you Walmart.

I purchased this product because I didn't have a way to transport a box spring to my house from a local mattress store and having it delivered was almost half of what I was paying for the box spring itself. This product arrived a day ahead of the scheduled delivery date, and it was easy to assemble. It works well and meets my needs. It was a little pricey, but it is very durable and will last a long time, so I guess that's the trade-off. All-in-all: an excellent buy! :)

Overall, no problem, but the mattress is a bit bigger (by a few inches) than this bi-fold. Just centered the mattress over the bi-fold with no discernible difference or problems. The mattress foam "expands", obviously, and this creates an inherent variance.

It was simple to assemble and set-up. My issue was the product was damaged in shipping. The shipping box was intact, but the frame inside was bent. Even bent/damaged, the frame worked fine and supports the mattress and bed occupant fine. I kept the boxspring, I was just disappointed it was not perfect.
