This soap is utterly FANTASTIC! I used it on my stained white pair of expensive sneakers! AMAZING results with little to no effort in scrubbing! I just used a scrub brush and water with this soap...within a minute or so, I noticed an immediate whitening! There were NO fumes or harsh chemicals either! I scrubbed with no gloves on, too!! Non irritating! My shoes look brand new! I also used on my dingy white shirts- they became " new again"! Im SOLD on this product for sure! Give it a try on your laundry or other material items - you will NOT be disappointed!

The washer had broken down and while waiting for the delivery of a new washing machine i needed laundry detergent that would be gentle on my skin as i hand washed clothing. Found this Zote laundry bar soap at Walmart and upon first use was surprised it did not irritate my skin as i washed my delicate garments. I also noticed my garments looked and felt cleaner, even softer without using laundry softener. Light stains came out of delicate whites easily with handwashing. The reason for this could also be that scrubbing each garment individually gets clothing cleaner than tossing a bunch of clothes in a washing machine. Noticeable too, was the dirt that came out of heavier cotton clothing. Clothing colors seemed brighter after drying. The soap will turn your wash water milky white. You will see the milky color turn dirty as you wash your clothes. On a cautionary note some clothing (color red, blue, purple, yellow) will bleed even with gentle handwashing. I too, found this product to be of better quality than that of an equal competitors product and comparably priced as well.

I used to waste money on the liquid dish soaps. They're full of harsh degreasers and very drying. Zote is super cheap and (more?) effective. The smell is great and it works fantastic. Liquid soap would last me a few weeks or a month. A bar of Zote, resting on a green scrubbypad lasts me at *least* three months. A big cost savings. I like everything about it more than the harsh liquid soaps.

I grate and put into empty (tide) container and add water to fill. I use as my wash detergent on lightly soiled items. It works well and I save a lot of money. I refill container with water after each use and soap dissolves more with each filling. One bar last a long time.

Both the pink and the white Zote soap are staples in my household. They smell amazing and are great to pre-treating stains and handwashing delicates. The suds rinses easy and clean without leaving a film behind. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

This is the first time I've bought this. I wanted shaved but it wasn't in stock. I recieved the bar. Although I will not get this again it smells so good. I'll ship the shaved and wait for it the next time

I have tried buying one bar and used it with my underware, socks and white clothes. I like the product. Its gentle on my hands and removes dirt effectively with mild scent. Last long too

THIS IS THE BEST STAIN REMOVAL FOR WHITES AND DARKS!! IT WORKS LIKE A CHAMP! GETS EVERYTHING OUT AND DOESN'T STAIN A COLORED PIECE OF CLOTHING. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
