the product works as advertised. I changed over to a pressurized delivery system..from a gravity netti pot..the solution works in both!!

I have chronic sinus issues and I have the nasal fresh MD that I use this product in.

The contents of these are just like those of the brand name - product works exactly as it should, and is a better value by cost (about half price) BUT EACH PACKET is made of PLASTIC. For that reason alone, I will not be purchasing more of this brand when they are used up.

Almost every morning, I must rinse my nasal passages due to dryness and stuffiness, and these are nice enough packets, but I wish they were easier to open (they are in plastic tubes, which do make them waterproof, and mandatory opening them with scissors). However, even for using them, the tube does it make it easier to pour the solution into the bottle for my system, and the pack was very full which I loved, and they were perfect for the price. They do help with my breathing issues, and with congestion, for sure. Also, the size of them is nice to be able to take with me, and they are easy to use, which I also appreciate.

Product is cheaper and works, BUT it's not as MEDICALLY FINELY GROUND and leaves residue of crystals at bottom of container. SHAKE IT IN CONTAINER UNTIL ALL CRYSTALS MELTED. I don't want to think what a salt crystal worming its way through sinuses to other brain parts might do. I'm just saying. Shake a lot or go back to NeilMed.

I typically use the name brand or Great value brand of saline packets. However, these were a good deal so I thought I would try them. The packaging is not easy to open and requires scissors, whereas the other brands are made to tear off by hand. Also, these tend to burn the nasal lining slightly. It is not quite the same composition as the name brand or the great value brand. The amount of savings between this brand and the Great value brand is so slight, I would recommend the Great value brand over these.

The packages have to be cut open with a scissors, instead of torn. The previous pkgs. were torn open.

This product made my nose bleed heavily. I've used other products with no problems so I am not new to using a saline sinus cleanse. I recommend avoiding this product. You get what you pay for. I believe this product also came from overseas.

I thought, “what could be different between these and the name brand?” Well, a lot actually. First, these packets don't tear open so every time it will be necessary to hunt down scissors to open them- inconvenient, but fine I can adapt. However, the pre measured packets have too much salt for the standard squeeze bottle (making the rinse very uncomfortable). And finally, this leaves a strange and unpleasant aftertaste that makes me question what is actually in these packets. I'm all for buying generic or the off brand labels, but this is VERY different from the name brand. Quite frankly it's not worth it to save a few bucks.
