Great kit for small projects.
I'm using these to gentling bring some crooked trees back to vertical using this kit and a simple turnbuckle to gradually tighten the cable. The cable diameter is perfect and the cable shackles keep the wire in place, securely. With my latest purchase this makes 3 ive bought.

Was going to get it at Menards but looked online and Walmart had the best price and it arrived a day early It was next day delivery so much faster than Amazon

1/8" WIRE KIT IS NOT ONLY HANDY BUT A REAL DANDY!
THIS IS JUST THE TICKET FOR SMALL PROJECTS REQUIRING A 1/8" STEEL CABLE. IT HAS ENOUGH WIRE LENGTH AND THE SUPPORTING HARDWARE ALL IN ONE NICE KIT! FAST AND EASY ONLINE ORDERING WAS GREAT!

This Kit Sucks-Don't Buy
This kit is a 1/10th-inch cable. If you use cheap wooden clothes pins, this is too small, and your clothes will tend to move towards one end. Also, the kit advertises a 30-foot cable, two thimbles, and FOUR clips. Three are shown on the kit. Both kits had only TWO clips. This is important for wire clothesline! The more weight added to the line, the easier the line will slip out. One of the kits only had one nut on a clip. So, I had to purchase more clips. Since ALL the kits at Wally only had two clips, I'm saying this is not a quality control issue but a cost-saving measure. It's a pain to go to a hardware store to buy clips now, which I was deceived into believing came with it. I bought a kit for convenience and it is anything but convenient.

There was nothing in package but the cable, I had to go to Lowe's and buy the clamps $8
