My first use with this pan was grilled cheese sandwiches. Wow! They cooked evenly and no sticking. Cleanup was definitely a breeze. I love this pan!

I already had a 10" and I love it so I decided to get one a little bit bigger. The price on the 12" is awesome !!!

Absolutely the Best Fry Pan money can buy. I spray a nonstick coating (pam) before I cook Bacon, I finish cooking, Drain the Liquid and Wipe Clean with a Paper Towel. So far, so good. I needed to replace my non-stick skillets (t-fal) that were several years old, as they showed signs of wear and flaking. I hesitated because of health and safety issues, and was concerned about feeling mis-led about it being all right to use metal utensils without fear of the finish being degraded. So I got this skillet in 2 sizes and also got a silicon fork/spatula to use with them, for the safety concerns. It seems like they were good choices and, after several uses, I feel confident that these were good choices, both for safety and for nice cooking use. Theyseem like they will stay nice and easy to clean.

I bought two of these as opposed to the traditional black Teflon frying pans. I destroyed my last large black Teflon pan due to overheating and decided to try these. The pans are very elegant looking and first four or five times I used them I didn't see any difference, nothing stuck and I thought, "Ok, these must be alright and an alternative to the black Teflon." Subsequently, things started sticking, not badly but a fried egg would leave a small thin portion stuck to the bottom. It would release after rubbing it with a plastic spatula but in comparison I never had that problem with black Teflon ever, even after years of regular use. So it's a frying pan and it fries stuff but my experience is that after less than a months use it is not as non-stick as black Teflon and just in case you're wondering, I did not overheat them. I'm not an expert and I can't ever seem to make a cast iron pan work but I won't buy these again because I need a fail safe pan for my ineptness. Maybe others use them with great success, not this guy though.

They are great for the first month. Then things start to stick. The problem is stuff seems to seize to the pan, and even if you soak it or deglaze with vinegar it won't come out. And if you scrub it, they go down hill even faster. The even stick with oil. How is that possible? We have the old generic non stick that lasted longer for less than half the price, and when they wear out, at least you can use oil as a regular fry pan. They cost $20 for an 8/10/and 12 inch set. Save your receipt or just save your time and money...it's up to you.
