The supplements in this bottle each contain L-Arginine and L-Citruline, both which help the body naturally produce nitric oxide which is necessary to relax the lining of blood vessels, veins, etc. This lowers blood pressure because the blood is able to flow easier. I know that it is helping keep my blood pressure lower even though I take two blood pressure medications! Good product!

Product is great,shipping %26 delivery notification not so. Actual delivery on 5/27 in the rain, package was soaked. Received notification that it was delivered on 6/5.
